These shrimps are very active and grow fast in summer, very easy to hatch eggs in 60F to 100F water temperature. Fairy Shrimps grow up to 1/3 inch, and clam shrimps grow up to 1/5 inch in 6 days with the best condition. They survive 3 to 8 weeks, and fairy shrimps grow up to 1 inch, and clam shrimps grow up to 3/8 inch.

Dry Lake Clam Shrimps grow fast in summer. They swim very actively and male clams find its mate in their life. When a male clam shrimp find a female, they bind together and only the male swims around in water or sink down to the bottom along. 100 Mammoth Winter Fairy Shrimp eggs

Mammoth Winter Fairy shrimps can hatch in ice water. Hathcing temperature range is 40 to 72, and the best water temerature is 59F to 68F for adult shrimps. They grow slower and the length is not really longer(1 1/2 inches) than Winter Fairy Shimp, but they are more fatter and male shrimps have larger antennas like the tusks of mammoth.
